INCLUSIVITY FRAMEWORK & WCAG PROTOCOLS

Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

IAMK Digital is committed to ensuring that our digital platforms, services, and tools are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously invest in improving the usability and inclusivity of our digital environments to provide an equitable experience for every visitor, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

2. Conformance Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Our development pipeline integrates automated and manual accessibility audits at every release cycle.

3. Compatible Technologies

Our platform is designed to be compatible with modern assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and alternative input devices. We test across the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge to ensure consistent, barrier-free rendering and interaction.

4. Key Features Implemented

Our digital properties incorporate semantic HTML5 structural elements, visible keyboard focus indicators, scalable text rendering up to 200% without loss of content structure, high-contrast color ratios exceeding 4.5:1 for standard text, and descriptive alt attributes for non-decorative imagery.

5. Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements

While we work to ensure full compliance across all platform areas, some complex interactive WebGL canvas animations and third-party media embeds may present minor limitations for keyboard-only or screen reader navigation. We actively test and refine alternative static fallback controls for these interactive modules.

6. Multimedia & Alternative Formats

Where multimedia content is presented, we provide text-based alternatives such as captions, transcripts, or descriptive summaries. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query, automatically reducing or disabling motion effects for users who have indicated a preference for reduced animation in their operating system settings.

7. Ongoing Evaluation & Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time deliverable — it is a continuous engineering discipline. We conduct quarterly accessibility audits using both automated tooling (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual expert review. Identified issues are triaged, prioritised, and resolved within our standard development sprints to ensure progressive improvement.

8. Feedback & Assistance

If you encounter any accessibility barrier while using our platform, or require content in an alternative format, please contact us via our Let's Connect panel. We take every accessibility report seriously and aim to acknowledge feedback within 2 business days, with a remediation timeline provided within 5 business days.
